5.Verification and valuation of invoices from class-A & B LCCs and process for payment. |

1.Prepare the Base line schedules in accordance with
Construction Programme for site based activities in
Coordination with Construction team.
2.Monitor the progress of work against the planned
schedule / Base line schedule in coordination with
construction team and keep Sr. Planning & Control
Engineer informed.
3.Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports
of site activities and forward to Sr. Planning & Control
Engineer.
4.Prepare look ahead schedule, bar charts, manpower
histogram, S-Curve and equipment deployment chart, as Applicable for the contract.
5.Collect all details for monthly valuation, variation,
claims, invoices etc. related to the project site in
Coordination with construction personals and submitted for review to Sr. Planning & Control Engineer.

3.Monitor Preventive Maintenance and Repairs of his group of equipment. Preparation of Job Card/ Work Order for repairs of equipment at Base Workshop. Monitoring of preventive maintenance inspection programme of Dealers.
4.Warranty repair and servicing to be done on time in co-ordination with Dealers, base & site workshops.
5.Monthly Site visits to find out and solve problems of Operators/ Drivers and also to know the state of fleet. |

1.Allocation of suitable mechanics to undertake the repairs and also brief them on expected time of completion of repair.
2.Monitor repairs closely and ensure special attention to critical and priority cases.
3. Assesses the spares requirement and prepare requisition for submission to the spare parts stores taking into account the possibility of cannibalization/ fabrication for long delivery item.
4.Close supervision of actual repairs and guiding the mechanics to ensure quality of repairs.
5.On completion of all repairs, check the work done and produce the Equipment for "out" inspection. A thorough functional test is to be carried out before presenting to the Inspector for inspection.
